The zing of raw garlic, the mellow & mild sweetness of roasted garlic, and the intoxicating smokiness of our alderwood-smoked garlic make this a complex, full-flavored, lively and versatile garlic salt for adding to practically any recipe!

Garlic, vegetables, and herbs are grown organically right here on our farm, then harvested and dehydrated in small batches. We combine our farm fresh ingredients with organic complaint, kosher-certified pure sea salt and/or Himalayan pink salt to create truly artisanal, full-flavored and unique blends from our very own original recipes. Since all of our products are free from preservatives, chemicals, and artificial ingredients of any kind, it is normal for some minor clumping to occur once the package is opened.
