Your Source For All Things Garlic
0rie’s Farm Fresh is a family-run urban farm nestled in the heart of northwest Wichita, Kansas. Here, we grow about 20 garlic varieties annually using regenerative practices. Year round, you can shop our dynamic line of handcrafted, real food seasoning sea salt blends and salt-free herb medleys, containing mostly ingredients that we grow right here on the farm. In addition, you’ll find 6 kinds of single-origin garlic powders and specialty garlic like black garlic and smoked garlic. Depending on the season, we also offer cured garlic bulbs, green garlic, garlic scapes and fresh garlic.
How Close Are You To Your Food?
This is a question we’ve been asking since 2015. It’s not only about proximity — it’s about relationships. Knowing where your food comes from offers you deeper ties, not only to the food you eat, but also to the people connected to it. Shopping local encourages us to slow down, inspires us to be mindful of our food choices, and reminds us how powerful it can be to stay engaged with our community. Eat like it matters.
What’s In Season
As regenerative farmers, the health of the soil plays an integral role in the stewardship of our land. No chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are used. We utilize sustainable practices like holistic grazing, composting, hügelkultur, crop rotation, cover cropping, and temporarily tarping garden beds for chemical-free weed control. To encourage biodiversity and resist monoculture practices, we interplant many of our crops, maintain diverse pastures between gardens, and encourage wildlife microclimates throughout the farm. Healthy, living soils and a thriving, nontoxic ecosystem ensure the most nutrient dense foods are produced here.

Meet the Owners
We’re Wes & Megan. Between the two of us, we have decades of horticulture experience and a shared passion of growing, cooking and eating food in a holistic, healthy way. In fact, it’s those interests that motivated us to turn to farming in the first place.
