We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orie’s Farm Fresh and gladly accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • you contact us within 5 days of delivery and return item(s)* to us within 14 days of delivery

  • item(s)* must be in original packaging and in unopened, unused condition (no seals broken or shrink bands removed)

*Perishable items — such as vegetables, lamb, and garlic — are not generally eligible for return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if an item arrives to you broken or damaged, please email us within two days of the product being delivered. Include photos of the damaged items and we will make it right.

For Farm Gate Pickup orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to schedule their pickup by responding to the email that we send out after the order has been received. Once the pickup is scheduled, it is also the responsibility of the customer to remember their pickup time. Forgotten orders have already been prepped and packaged, so they are not eligible for refunds.
