Black Garlic (2 bulbs)
Black Garlic (2 bulbs)
Black garlic is created by cooking raw garlic low and slow for several days, until the cloves caramelize and turn black, soft, and sticky.
Unlike regular garlic that is known for its bite and pungency, black garlic has a complex umami sweetness similar to molasses, figs, or a syrupy balsamic vinegar reduction.
Black garlic has infinite uses! Some favorites include soups, stews and chilis; pastas; hummus, dips, salad dressings, and aiolis; sandwiches, burgers and steaks; mashed potatoes; baked goods, hot cereals and smoothies; and even desserts like brownies and hot chocolate.
2 bulbs per package. Keep refrigerated. Stores for about 3 months.
