Sprinkle onto meats, soups and chilis, eggs, hummus, aioli, roasted vegetables and more. It’s also amazing added to desserts like cookies, brownies, or hot chocolate.
Due to the sticky nature of black garlic, it is normal for this salt blend to get a bit clumpy. It will break apart easily with your fingers!

No Black Garlic Powder?
If you’re familiar with black garlic, you might be wondering why we don’t offer a black garlic powder. The answer is simple: with our strict ingredient standards, black garlic powder just won’t work. Black garlic is sticky, even to an extent when it is dried. If you check the ingredient list on store-brand, mass-produced black garlic powder or “granules”, you’ll see that these products are made with anti-caking agents like cornstarch or ricehull powder. In order to maintain the highest level of quality in our handcrafted products, these anti-caking agents are items we are not comfortable using.
Our Eco-Friendly Packaging Is In Line With Our Regenerative Values And Is Designed For Reuse
Black Garlic Salt is available in a glass refillable (and/or recyclable) jar AND a fully compostable refill pouch! We suggest buying the jar the first time and ordering a refill pouch when you need more.
More Information About Our Handcrafted Seasonings
Garlic, vegetables, and herbs are grown organically right here on our farm, then harvested and dehydrated in small batches. We combine our farm fresh ingredients with organic complaint, kosher-certified pure sea salt and/or Himalayan pink salt to create truly artisanal, full-flavored and unique blends from our very own original recipes. Since all of our products are free from preservatives, chemicals, and artificial ingredients of any kind, it is normal for some minor clumping to occur once the package is opened.
