Brewing Directions For Hot Tea

Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried herb tea blend in a mug of boiling water for 10 minutes. Add a bit local honey to sweeten if you like.

Brewing Directions For Sun Tea

Place 1 tablespoon of dried herb tea blend in a half gallon mason jar and fill with filtered water. Affix a lid and place in the sun for 3-6 hours, until brewed (this happens more quickly on hot days). Bring indoors and strain out the dried herb tea blend. Chill sun tea in the fridge and drink within 3-5 days.
