To Serve Hot:

  • Measure: 1-2 teaspoons of loose herbs per 8 oz mug.

  • Water: Pour boiling water over herbs (ideal temp: 212°F).

  • Steep: Cover tightly and steep for 5-7 minutes.

  • Enjoy: Strain and sip to unwind at the end of your day.

Brewing Instructions

To Serve Iced (Cold Brew Method):

  • Measure: 1-2 tablespoons of loose herbs per 1 quart of water.

  • Steep: Add cold water and steep in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
