Fresh lemon balm has a cheery, delightful scent and this herb has long been hailed for its treasure trove of health benefits. In the kitchen, use lemon balm to flavor water or to make fresh herbal tea (hot or iced!). It’s also delicious added to salads, homemade vinaigrettes, or chicken dishes (we’ll often tuck some inside the cavity when we roast a whole chicken, along with garlic and onion). Other uses include pestos, or simply subbing it instead of fresh mint in many dishes. Organically grown in soil like all our stuff.
