Orie’s Garlic Rub combines salty, sweet, and smoky for a trifecta of delicious flavor. Use this blend to coat rack of lamb or chops, salmon, chicken wings, steaks, asparagus, potatoes and more before grilling or oven roasting.

Since this rub contains coconut sugar, it can burn if cooked if at too high a temperature. We find that placing our charcoal to one side of the grill and the coated food on the other provides the perfect amount of indirect heat to cook without burning.

We combine our farm fresh ingredients with organic complaint, kosher-certified pure sea salt and/or Himalayan pink salt to create truly artisanal, full-flavored and unique blends from our very own original recipes. Since all of our products are free from preservatives, chemicals, and artificial ingredients of any kind, it is normal for some minor clumping to occur once the package is opened.
