Try our Beet Applesauce to even get the kids on board! Beet greens are highly nutritious too and are an excellent substitute for spinach. We sell these with the intention that you use the whole veggie! Organically grown in soil like all our stuff.

What do you do with beet greens?
Beet greens are exceptional chopped and sautéed in a little avocado oil. Add some scrambled eggs to the pan for an easy, fueling, and veggie-loaded breakfast.
Other ways to enjoy farm fresh beet greens include:
steam them for a couple of minutes and add a splash of apple cider vinegar and hot sauce for a simple side dish
chop them finely into salads and scrambles
add them to soups, stews, curries and daals
toss them into your green smoothie or juice
make vegetable broth with beet greens and a variety of vegetable scraps
