Garlic scapes have ahhh-mazing bright, mild flavor and can be used in recipes just like you would the clove - simply chop them up and add to your meal!
Garlic scapes are the edible flower stalks that form on hardneck varieties of garlic. They’re removed from the plant to ensure a larger, more nutrient dense bulb can develop. Organically grown like all our stuff.

dressed with avocado oil, Herb Garden Salt, and pepper then grilled or roasted whole
